	The Tale of the Axe The vast armies of the evil Death Adder have massacred the Axirians, extinguishing forever the protectors of the last Titan. As Death Adder assumes the awesome powers of the Titan to expand his reign, one remaining member of the fallen tribe - Tyris Flare - rises out of the ashes. In a berserker rage, Tyris charges into battle wielding formidable swords, fiery magic and the fearsome powers of massive Beasts. Once and for all, she will avenge her tribe and destroy Death Adder, the Queen of the Dead and their assembled armies of evil!
		Tyris Flare Out of the ashes of the fallen Axirian race rises Tyris Flare, the daughter of the tribe's chieftain and the tribe's shaman. She was raised for leadership and decisiveness. She does not listen to her fear, but with purpose. She will rebuild her tribe, and kill those that killed her people. Tyris is reckless. She acts upon instinct. She is aggressive and hostile to all those she views as an enemy. She wears her rage as a badge of honor to hide the fear for what she has gotten herself into.
		Gilius Thunderhead Gilius Thunderhead is cursed to be the last living Dwarf. He is nearly 1000 years old, has wandered the whole of the world, only to have returned to his land of birth, newly conquered by the minions of his ancient enemy, Death Adder.
		Tarik The Axe Battler For years Axe was a traitor to his people as a result of falling under a spell from the Queen of The Dead. Upon her demise from the blade of Tyris and to atone for his treachery, Axe helps Tyris and activates the gate that sends her to the Fiends Path.
		The Twins The Twins are the creations of the Queen of the Dead, simulacrums born of the blood of long dead Titans, they do her bidding.
		Queen of The Dead The Queen of the Dead is the only off-spring of the Titan slayer Death Adder and the legendary Axirian princess, Lira. She is blood of his blood and nearly a thousand years old and possesses a measure of the old magic.
		Death Adder Death Adder is the slayer of Titans, who were his kith and kin. When the world was old and men and the great beasts were emerging from the long night, Death Adder came into being, a scion of the ancient world when Titans ruled. He was created to be their angel of death, the serpent meant to scour the world of pestilence. But like all such things, he turned on his creators.
		Abrax This fearsome birdlike beast is a Jack of All Trades. Utilize its fiery breath to keep enemies at bay or swing its massive tail to thrash foes.
		Lynth An ambush specialist, this catlike Beast uses its speed and adaptive camouflage to elude its enemies and then knocks them out cold with an electric blast.
		Mirigore Hand-to-hand combat is where the Mirigore shines, going into a self-induced berserker rage that's perfect for knocking out a number of enemies at once.
		Krommath This battering ram of a Beast, while slow, is great for plowing through foes at full strength or just trampling enemies under its enormous girth.
		Megabrax (formerly was the raptor) Towards the end of her quest, Tyris will encounter a Beast unlike all others. Only the most worthy rider will be permitted to mount this final Beast. May you have mercy on your foes!
		Green Gnome Gnomes are scavengers of the land in the world of Golden Axe: Beast Rider and players will encounter 4 different types of gnomes in their quest. The green gnomes carry valuable health pick-ups that Tyris can obtain by striking, kicking or using magic against them.
